Many professionals have well-developed reading and writing skills in English but their ability to speak English is limited. They need to practice having business conversations: introducing themselves, talking about the company, products, benefits and small talk. Practice and training can be face-to-face or by Skype.
The program will cover:
- How to be more confident speaking English
- How to give updates, ask and answer questions and clarify issues
- How to present yourself, your responsibilities, the company and, products professionally
- What you say and what is heard – the cultural aspect of speaking English
- Brief grammar review
Participants will practice real-life scenarios and will be given email summaries of the practice sessions for future reference. Many of the speaking skills are transferable and will improve native-tongue telephone and face-to-face communications.
